ugh, about 2 hours of PS and 90 minutes of it was spend doing useless things just because I couldn't get a good idea in my mind _[=]_O

and my last idea was a screencapture signature. so I went searching for a good screencapture, found one, but screwed it up. then I tried it again and succeeded. and am quite pleased with the outcome.

as you can see it's a screencapture of Lelouche aka Zero of the anime Code Geass.
the screencapture was of unbelievable good quality so it felt great working with it, but it also kind of numbered down the things I could do, since it took up most of the space in the signature.

so I kept it simple, did a copy of the background layer and changed it's settings. after that I darkened the background around Lelouch. then I added the 2 rows of blocks and filled it up with a white-transparant gradient and changed the opacity to a lower setting.

and then came the text, I really wanted some text in the signature or else it'd just be... kinda boring. but my current fonts really blow _[=]_O so I thought up the idea of just putting a very big number 0 on the right side with a low opacity. so I did.
but it still felt kind of boring, so used some brushes with the eraser on the layer.

after that I changed the height of the picture to a little bit bigger size and made a new layer behind the background layer and filled it with black.

even thought it's a very simple screencapture signature I still like the end result.
