Description
This is a model I did years ago for Point of Existence. I never posted renders of it when I modelled it, I assume because it wasn't publicly known about back then. The model is of the Russian modern, advanced heavy machine gun used on many of their armoured vehicles. It uses 12.7mm ammunition and comes equipped with a bipod, pistol grip and stock as standard issue. Initially I found this quite odd for a firearm of this size and then I found recently that it can actually be fired from a standing position and with easy when lying down, bipod deployed.
