I love that griffon skin. I've been debating between it and the eagle griffon skin that just came out for my one norn .

I saw the animations for griffon mount,are very well done I remember the times when guild wars had no mounts,now it seems more like pleasure flying and running. 
As for the drawing itself, lovely details on the wings and fur. And very nice pose
