I'm been told my art is too... mainstream. Especially cuz I draw eyes likes that, though it's what I like, so I'm not gonna change it! XD Anyway, I do a lot of practicing just eyes where I'll dediacate a whole page to drawing different eyes and angles n' stuff. It helps me a lot!

You're welcome and even if they were mainstream it doesn't make them any easier or more difficult to draw, so forget people who tell you that
I wish I had the patience to devote an entire page to practice

^^ You're right, but it does get a little disheartening sometimes when I'm told that, but ah well.

For the most part, I only do pages like that when can't draw anything else... usually on my dead days when everything pretty much comes out looking like crap. Then I'll doodle random stuff and practice a few simple things... I need to do one on hands sometime cuz I'm really bad at them still. ><

i don't know if you've seen 's tutorials yet, but she's got some amazing work. and tutorials on nearly everything you could possibly need

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I really loved drawing her and I was so excited when I was done to get it on dA that I didn't do much cleanup or balancing it out, so she's a bit off, but it's still one of my best, I think! ^^ It would look more awesome in color, but I'll have to wait on that, lol!
