This is my BNHA OC!~ He doesn't have a name yet, but i'll update this once I find a suitable one. Btw, his bio is very long and detailed, so If someone asks, I can make a shorter, more simplified version of it.

Bio: He inherited his grandfather's quirk, Eye of Akatosh as he's taken to calling it, and his dad didn't like that- since he's a narcissistic asshole who thinks everything needs to be about him- and tried to get rid of it by using his{the dad's} quirk, shooting fire from the palm, resulting in a bad burn over his{the oc's} right eye(Kinda like Zuko's). He{the oc} can still use his quirk, but only slightly, since it hurts to open his right eye too far.

As a child, he was similar to his dad, being stuck up, annoying, and selfish, thinking that everything revolved around him, and that if it didn't go his way, it was going wrong. When he moved to a big city from the country, he began to stay inside more and more, instead watching anime, and browsing youtube. As he watched more anime, like Naruto, SNK, and HxH, he began to see that everyone was apart of a larger picture, and that they had a purpose, even if it was small.
Due to losing their farm, his mom began to drink even more than she used to, causing his dad to also drink more as a domino effect. He and his older brother began getting closer, bonding over video games, and the mutual hate they both began to feel for their alcoholic, smoking parents.

Anytime their dad got drunk, he got very commanding and controlling, sometimes even hitting him{the oc} or his brother whenever they did something he didn't like. He{the oc} and his brother would back down almost immediately, saying "yes sir" "no sir" and doing what he said.
Their mom was basically useless. She wouldn't cook, clean, or even take him{the oc} and his brother out to the park or anything. She'd just lay around the house, watching tv, sleeping, and wallowing in her own filth because she refused to take a shower. Whenever she got drunk, she'd continuously try to find more ways to get more alcohol, and would usually end up trying to get others to pity her.

Getting into middle school, he found a few others who had the same interests as him, and grew close to them. He still felt as if all eyes were on him at all times, but instead of him needing to show off for them, he felt like they were judging him at every little thing he did. He began wearing all dark colors, since that would help him fade into the background of the sea of bright colors that all the other kids wore, and would stay silent for the most part, content to listen to others' conversations. Most people made fun of him, because they thought he was quirkless, or just plain avoided him.
He also began to stay up later, nearly to 5-6 in the morning, then sleeping and waking up at 2-3 in the afternoon. He thought that it was because of him watching anime, but he did some research- after realising that he could not feel emotion- and saw that he had common symptoms of Depression, and Anxiety. He was unsure if this was actually the case, or him being dramatic, but a doctor's appointment(set up by his older brother, who was now 19) confirmed that he actually had the two mental illnesses. He had a pretty good idea of where they came from.

Now, anytime their dad got drunk, he was still commanding and controlling, but now he had it in his head that absolutely nothing was his fault, and that he was always right. He{the oc} and his older brother had gotten used to their dad's bullshit by now, and instead sat there listening to him rant and rave while waiting for him to shut the fuck up, because he was preventing them from getting their jobs(doing the dishes, folding laundry, cooking dinner) done. Now that the older brother was strong enough to fight back anytime the dad tried going after him, the dad began picking on him{the oc} but only slightly, since the older brother would kick the dad's ass if anything happened to him again.

Quirk: Slow/stop time; "Eye of Akatosh" Located: Right Eye

The user can slow or stop time, using their right/left eye. Things around them will slow, while the user- and anyone/thing they are touching- will go normal speed, giving the slowed persons the impression that the user is moving very quickly.
How slow time goes depends on how open the Eye is. If it is fully open, time stops completely. If it is closed, time is normal. If the eye is 1/8th of the way open, time will go 7/8th the speed. If the Eye is 6/8th of the way open, time will go 2/8th the speed.
