2003. 10. 18.A few years ago I had the idea to draw all the Sailor Moon characters, separated according to colours. 'Blue' was the first in line, but actually I never continued this project, I forgot about it completely.

From left to right: Fish Eye, Michiru (her hair was supposed to be blueish-green, I just didn't have that colour), Ami, Palla Palla, Beruche, Viluy (the one with the white hair), Cyprine, Aluminum Siren (or Reiko)
Sorry if I'm mistaken, I don't know the japanese names for each of them. I will correct it once I re-watch the series again... If I did so...

Indeed, I didn't have him in mind. Maybe I wanted to collect female characters only (I had been convinced Fish Eye is a female, at that time...)

He was blue? Which part of him? On his uniform there were green stripes. And the four generals' uniforms were all dark grey/purple.
