I know what you mean about Envy's hair- it took so much time and frustration before I worked out a good system for organizing it. It's just so long and twisty that you can't rely on a quick sweep of the wrist to get the strands right.
Fantastic chibi- and it's sitting on philosopher's stones! Now that is a winning combo.
