Description It's a scene from Time and Time Again chapter ten, in which Perry and Doofenshmirtz have inadvertently discovered the Rebellion. Perry is saluting Major Monogram and all of the Rebellion soldiers around him- Doof is just squashed.
I love how this came out! It took a ton of effort, but the result is pretty awesome! I tried a new shading technique, and I drew background people for the first time (well, not the first time- this was just the only time they actually looked good) and the perspective came out well, so all in all, I'm pretty proud of this.
Except for the weirdo background FACELESS people. I got lazy.

Also, credit to for suggesting this picture, and for pointing out the absence of the Translator-Inator.

Well, Carl wasn't in this scene- but as for the Translator-Inator, you're right! I forgot! I better fix that right away.
