Description originally drawn on the back of adhesive label before I was going to do my job as a researcher assistant
but turned our rather good so I took a photo of it and trace it on the computer later.
It's still a doodle because you can see those lazy lines itself XD
and it was done less than 2 hours anyway dunno, I just want to messin' up with colors, no real reason or no objective one.
Maybe I'm too much inspired with Full Metal Panic lately.

After doing this I just realized that many things looks off, notably his eye's placement and the gun, like I care

I like the angle and the perspective of this friend. It gives a 3D-ish feel to it.
That lighting is adding a good effect to the piece.
That symbol of a "gun sight", I don't know if it's the correct term for it, gives a 2 way thought of the image. 1) Someone is aiming at them. 2) It's suggesting that He'll be using his gun sooner. I don't which one is but nice job on it friend.

This one is really interesting! I particularly like how the symbol you laid over the drawing adds to the meaning and connects the two characters visually. I didn't notice this at first, but I also like how the left character's blue eyes contrast all of the red you used in this picture. To me the red creates a tense move, but the blue eyes add a kind of resolve that I think fits your title well.

Positive space is the area taken up by subject/subjects, negative is the area/background around them. It's one of the components of composition.Β

The warm colors and lighting look really really nice in this. The gun is drawn much better than could have done and I my little brother keeps pointing out that he loves the sniper scope thingy.
