Description
While Death tends to attract the most attention in the Tarot deck, that particular card often means a transition, a moving from one state of existence to another.

The card you generally don't want to see is The Tower. In the Waite Rider deck, the Tower shows a devil looming on top of a tower struck by lightning as a nude man and woman in chains cry out in pain and fear. It usually means the collapse or destruction of something significant - a relationship, an institution, a life.

This is my interpretation of the card with a dark angel standing, or perhaps hovering, against a graffiti covered tower. For all of the gothic darkness of her clothes, eyes and wings, she has a surprisingly bubbly personality. Doesn't mean she won't steal your soul, only that she'll be giggling as she does so.
