For the past few months I've been working on these little things! SO relieved to be done... it was a marathon.

These are Christmas gifts for the boarders and workers at my barn. They're mini paintings in oils. The small ones measure 3x3" and the two horses at the bottom measure 5x7". Most of them are horses boarded at the barn except for a few for my coworkers, who don't own horses. They got breeds/colors/types they like.

The first horse on the second row, the dark brown/black one, is a mare we had to euthanize a few months ago. Her owner still comes by and says hello to us, and she's currently looking for another horse, so I wanted to do one for her too.

Row 1: Revi, Arabian for coworker, Coosa, Georgie
Row 2: Hillary, Rainy, Rhett, Riley
Row 3: Rowdy, draft type for coworker, Sebastian, Tim
Final row: Larry and Bandera

Larry and Bandera belong to my bosses, the BM and BO respectively. Tim also belongs to the BO- he's her retired TB gelding who I groom and take care of.

After working at the farm for two years, I've gotten to know these horses pretty well and it was both fun & a challenge to fit their personalities into a 3x3" square. These guys are all such individuals, it's hilarious

Now to finish bagging these! And then rest.
