Description SCUTTERS DREW SOMETHING BESIDES A HORSE WTF 

It had been soooooooooo long since I made Balto art (like what, a few years I think!?) AND I HAD TO RECONCILE THAT IMMEDIATELY!     Well, I also saw all three movies a couple weeks ago and it planted a bug in my brain I can't get rid of XD

I forgot how much I love the characters and the first one is A M A Z I N G   My least favorite of all three movies is Wolf Quest, I feel like it has the most downgraded animation and added too much "magic" XD The third one I enjoyed the characters and story a lot more - but I admit I find the "sexy goose" musical number positively insufferable XDDD That's just my opinions tho LOL and when it came down to who to draw I really wanted to include Kodi but I may do another one with Aleu when I get the chance

 I feel the same, I thought that third film was closer to the spirit of the original, or rather, I wanted to see more sled dogs in the snow I guess. But I gotta admit that third one is suffering from reusing a lot of material and ideas from the original film, which makes it look a bit like ... More little kids-friendly and cheaper Balto 1 version. Even though, I really adored Kodi when the film first came out. Watched him every day. XD And really HATE Stella character even till this day. xD

I really disliked "magic" parts in Wolf Quest at first, too, but used to that after years passed. Always liked Ice cave scene, too. The animation makes me hurt, though. XD All those color filling errors, eyes appear on the back of the wolf's head, etc. XD

So yeah, the drawing is absolutely marvelous! I love the happy feeling to it, the clean lineart and smooth coloring! Bal to and Kodi look very adorable! Thank you very much for drawing it and make my day brighter by it! ^.^

Yeah the sled dogs in the snow are like the best parts! LOL Stella's insufferable, we really didn't need a "sexy" goose and yet they gave us one and I'm just like WHYYYY THO  

The ice cave scene was my absolutely favorite as a kid, I love the song and honestly I still really like it to this day, that and them as pups are my main reason to still watch Wolf Quest occasionally. Still, the rest of the magic was a little more "on the nose" than I would have liked, I think it would have been more interesting if they left more mystery as to whether or not the characters were actually seeing spirits or if they were just real animals and/or dreams or something. But I'm probably putting way too much thought into a kid's movie LOL

I did a Balto marathon a while back. Hadn't ever seen the third one. Not sure how I feel about most of it, but that goose musical I could have way done without. That being said, I absolutely love the first. I loved it so much as a kid I named my cat Balto. This looks great, btw!

Yeah the third one definitely has problems but I still like it better than the second one XD But that may not be the case if the second one had better animation LOL - it wasn't horrible horrible, but the CGI just took me out of it and there's several scenes where the characters have weird-ass proportions The first is AMAZINGGG and I wish it got way more credit as a classic animated movie And thank you!!

I think the sudden appearance of magic is what through me off. But I think I like it better story-wise than the third. Just, what was the purpose of it?

LOLOL I don't know what the purpose of the third's story was, but I'm sure the studio was happy to squeeze a bit more revenue out of the Balto name that's for sure
