Concerning the character: Nice design/concept. I really like how you drew the scarf.
However, there are some little issues: especially concerning the face, which I cannot seem to distinguish his facial traits, which should be visible due to the closeup made in your drawing.
The stomach region lacks details which are quite important to understand the movement of the character and the location of the arms.

Concerning the statue, it's really well-done, almost looks alive: as if the ninja was standing on a stone dragon's neck. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="
As for the the background, the lack of detail and predefined shapes are not really appealing and kinda ruins a bit the character.
I like the shades and the different colours you used though (nice combinations).
