Description
Lab Rat, a self-loathing and misanthropic mad scientist who kidnapped people off the streets to turn them into viscious, superpowered mutants. Was forced to change occupations after an ill-fated self-experimentation attempt, becoming a cell block leader in the inescapable parahuman prison known as the Birdcage.
