Completed November 19, 2005 and is my original character. Scarlet suffers from kleptomania which gives her the constant urge to steal anything and everything at every opportunity. This is why her room is littered with thousands of useless objects from all around town. For whatever reason I drew her more chibi style, because she is supposed to be older than she looks here. I'll upload the newer version of this picture next time.
