This looks to me like a symbiotic organism of at least two creatures: a multi-headed, green humanoid-like, and a big-eyed with sharp teeth one that emerges from beneath.

ah, i get it now. but it´s a Fanart so it´s not my design, so i don´t know the specifics. as far as i know the headpiece just happens to look like multiply skulls because it looks cool/creepy
