Yup. This is weird all right! But the concept is interesting to say the least. To say the most, it's quite horrific in a kinda sorta good way.
I like this despite the creepiness of the big (awesomely-sketchy) deep sea fish. However, the girl is simply charming! Love the blue and the brown together; great color combination! I should try that out with my own clothes sometime.
All-in-all, this is fantastic; the fish are sort of Edward Gorey-esque and I like that.

Ah, this reminds me of a manga I came across in a store a while ago...I think the book was called Gyo.
But I really love how that girl is welcoming that scary fish with open arms The fish look qute happy lol.
