Description I... don't think I've actually done a random venting sketch since my back injury just after high school. And... it felt really good to do it again ._. . I used to draw morbid, disembodied, grotesque or plain creepish beasts all the time, especially when I was in a bad mood, but art school beat that out of me in favor of more 'complete' and 'artistic' pieces.
Lately... i have been angry, anxious, and plain frustrated with life. I think... venting work is important .-.
enjoy the beasty, even if it is not anatomically correct in the spine.
also, a question... should I start graying out the back ground more often on my random pictures? does it look better? it felt like it needed it.

Very cool - I love the subtle disconnect on the connective tissue/bursae between the vertebrae, and milky eyes are always captivating to me. To hell with anatomical accuracy - it's vent artwork! ^w^

I think the mid-tone background is a compliment to this image, and I'd say to at least test each image out with it to see if it will add something positive to the overall feel.

Thanks for sharing your work!
