◈ if you have Toyhouse, let me know where to transfer them after purchase
◈ designs cannot be resold for higher value than they were priced at, unless additional worth has been added in the form of art / items [can be your own art or commissioned art]
◈ please don't duplicate the design's TH profile for co-owns! it's okay if you want to co-own but to avoid confusion, don't duplicate the profile
◈ you don't have to tell me when a design is resold [as TH keeps track of that]
◈ if you don't have a toyhouse, the design's profile will be deleted there
