So he has to go to this universe's galifrey to prove that he is a time-lord. He insisted on bringing Derpy. Once they figured out how important he is to the multiverse he was made a member of the council and gets summoned every-time they have meeting. Eventually derpy decides to just stay on the tardis or in a park because they don't have muffins and are boring.

Not to sound like a dick.. but the doctor's traditional gallifreyon clothes are not Red but Purple as he is part of the Prydonian chapter of Timelords. He wore white once as well as he was president for a short lived amount of time.. inb4 butthurt.
And to quote my friend:-

I'll make one in purple someday 0w0, for the colours I just use from one snapshot from other timelord since my harddisk contain most my movie and TV collection was....lost.
so if you have some snapshots for the origin I like to change the color!

I will talk to my friend when he gets up, though I have a feeling the purple one is only seen in the books >_< He did say something about the doctor never actually wearing his real chapter's outfit as well.
[link] that's a nice snap shot showing some of different chapters (and there was red! couldn't be assed arguing with my friend at the time.. haha) the Lord President in the middle though in white and gold.. looks pretty epic. 4th doctor had to wear that uniform in the episode.. as I recall.
