And what exactly am I using as the criteria for a pokeMAN?
- Must be a pokemon that can be male (I'm not going to draw a Nidoqueen as a guy, it just wouldn't work XD)
- Must be fully evolved (If it has a mega evolution, I'll probably draw that first)
- No legendaries
- Must be a pokemon often seen as a girl or considered 'girly' (For example, Audino, or any of the other pokemon I've listed so far)

Hehe~ Delcatty's kind of a perv and an attention whore. His ability is Cute Charm, so he's used to people fawning over him, saying they love him, etc. He can be a jerk, but it's usually only to guys or if he's already in a bad mood(which a full-length mirror can fix rather quickly). XD
