Description
My first impression of Blood is that he was very handsome. He had midnight black hair and crimson green eyes. He was fit like the other boys but the looked more elegant then them and looked about eighteen. The way he dressed was very elegant too. He was wearing black dress pants and a blood red dress shirt that was tucked into his pants and dress shoes.  He looked the type of person that didn't talk too much but I had a feeling that it was his actions that annoyed Zack.
"Blood, this is Elin, the newest member to our group", James said as he gestured towards me. I came forward and held out my hand and said, "Hey. Nice to meet you." He took my hand softly and said, "The pleasure is all mine." I smiled warmly and then turned to the others and asked, "So were we going? You guys know this place better than I do." "Well, what kind of food do you like? We'll grab some food and then we'll show you around the town," said the twins as they came and put their arms around my shoulders. I thought about it and decided that I wanted some good home cooking. "You know anywhere that has good home style cooking?" I asked. "Sure," Tony said, "I know a great place not too far from here," he said with a big smile happy he could help. I smiled and clapped my hands together and said, "Well let's go!"
We took a car to the town and then we decided that we would explore the town on foot from there. Even though everyone else was having a good time, Zack seemed to just walk behind us as we made our way to the restaurant.  The twins were cracking jokes and James and Tony were laughing and even though Blood wasn't, he still had a calm feeling to him. Zack was behind the group and snickering and making unneeded comments under his breath we probably weren't supposed to hear, but I did.
Once we got the restaurant named Tom's Home Cooking we got some seats and order. I and Zack were at the ends while everyone else sat between us in a heated discussion over what was best for me to try first. Blood was lucky to escape to bathroom before hand. The fight went on for about five minutes before a compromise was made. I ended up having a plate of fried chicken with a homemade bisects and mash potatoes with a glass of sweet tea.
With all of the food we didn't finish we had to get a to go box and take with us. Once we where ready, we started with the tour of the town. It wasn't too big but there was still a lot to see. We started with the little stores but the furtherer we went the stores got bigger and had the most beautiful things in them. They were also so many different kinds of stores from antic, clothes, small and bid restaurants, and jewelry, and pet stores.  After walking for a few hours we decided to take a break and get some ice cream from a cart not too far away.
James and Zack went go get the ice cream while the rest of us sat and rested our feet. The shoes I was wearing weren't mine some they kind of hurt. The night seemed to be the time when the town came alive, but with the good people. I saw a lot of guys try and get way from my little guard group but I wasn't trapped in that room long enough to forget about the world. Then out of now where we heard a commotion near the ice cream stand and we went to check it out.
Once we pushed our way through the crowd we saw Zack standing over James with a bloody fist and James's nose was bleeding. I went over to James while the others went to calm down Zack and get rid of the crowd. Once the crowd left I ripped the end of my shirt and brought it up it nose to stop the bleeding. "It doesn't look broken but I would have Sara look at it when we get back," I said as I helped him get up. "What happened?" Blood asked. He sounded angrily as he came over. "People need to stay out of my business, that's what happened!!" Zack yelled as he tried to get out of the restraints of the twins.
"Pinch this to your nose and tilt your head back and that should stop the bleeding," I said as I handed him another piece of my shirt and then headed over to Zack. As the twins held him I went behind him and pinched his neck and he went limb in the twin's arms. The twins looked at me questionably and I said, "Before I left school we were learning Anatomy and the nerves system. There is a place on the back of your neck that if you pinch it can make you go unconscious. Handy trick to learn don't you think?"
After that they called the car to come get us and we home less happy as before. When we got there the twins went and put Zack to bed. I was about to go to bed too when James stopped me, "Elin, I just wanted to apologies for what happened. It was first day out and we ruined it for you." I smiled warmly shaking my head and said, "No you didn't. I may not know Zack very well but there is clearly some tension between him and Blood and I am truly surprised that it didn't happen earlier. Besides it's not the first fight I have seen before. Now go and get checked by Sara and get some rest. Good night." And with that I started upstairs to my room. Once outside my room I heard footsteps and turned to see Blood walking towards me. "Are you alright?" he asked. I nodded and said, "Hey I am fine. Shocked me a little but fine none the less." He nodded and left.
I went into my room and collapsed on my bed. Living with boys was going to be more difficult that I thought. No wonder Sara wanted to make sure healing was mastered before she let me out. Zack never acted like that when it was just us and the twins or even with the others around. Whatever happened between him and Blood must be more serious than I thought. Signing I got up and went into the bathroom for a shower.
Once I got Sara was in my room and her face told me that something was wrong. She looked on the verge of tears. "Sara, what is it? What happened?" I asked her. My voice was full of fear, confusion, and concern. A tear ran down her face as she said, "Elin, it's about you mother."
