you know you're gonna see it when it comes out.

anyhoo. i had an art day which makes me happy. got a buncha random things started, and this is the only one that was actually for myself so i don't feel like a total jerk. it's a perg! her proportions are all wonky tho. at first i was planning on making her all fat n' chibi-ish, but then she became more properly proportioned......... but not quite. so she's not quite either here, and her big head kinda weirds me out. also, i need to stop inking things before i've figured out the entire pic. for example, in this pic i had everything sketched out properly 'cept that hand. and i went 'eh, i'll ink everything else then come back and fix the hand at the end'. this approach doesn't work, because often once you've inked everything else there's very little you can do w/ what hasn't been inked. which is why the hand looks so freaking weird and not right. you'd think i'd learn, but apparently not. i was muckign around w/ a different way of coloring, too, dunno if it worked or not. howell.

the little heart is not a tattoo, it's a scar. perg is mine, she's a demon, not a vampire, succubus, whatever. i want ihop.
