Well after I looked at it more I really liked the motion of it, like you can really see the arc of Ammy's jump and such.
But I also feel like Ammy and Divine Retribution could have better proportioning and cleaner lines which would not only match the style of the game more but also in theory contrast with the surrounding grungey darkness nicely.
Keep in mind I don't art much and probably don't know what I'm talking about lol.

No, that makes sense. I can see how a bit of delineation would make it stand out better, in addition to the the texture so it would still blend in. I'll keep that in mind!

Haha. Payne's Gray looks like black, but when you water it down it's a cool blueish gray. Quite lovely, beautiful for shadows.

These brushes are truly remarkable.
I also found some amazing inky brushes for drawing, but when I tried to use them last night they kept crashing the program. They worked before, so I don't know what went wrong, but I look forward to making some interesting stuff with them.
