This absolutely stunning doll belongs to my gf sherimi and she arrived yesterday!!She's Nesrine, Iplehouse EID Aurora in light brown skin. We had some problems with her as Iplehouse sent us a doll which was really defected looking
We wrote a message to Iple and they immediately asked us to send the doll back and they'll prepare a new one ASAP.. We were confused how it's even possible because their dolls take quite long time to make after ordering but maybe they had a flawless body in stock, or at least 100% matching parts 
Now she's back and sherimi finished her faceup this morning~ I made her a fancy necklace and headdress with feathers. She's getting clothes now 
she's a lover of my Ragsiel
They have a child too XD Our family is complete! COMPLETEEEEE

It is quite surprising hearing incidents from iplehouse. When my boyfriend and me ordered his jid girl, we didn't have much issues. Guess we were kind of lucky? And I'm planning for a eid too...

And yes, I have always got very high quality dolls and clothes from them and they've been polite, friendly and quick with all things so I feel secure to buy more dolls from them.. And glad to hear you've got their JID 
And I also follow Iplehouse threads on DoA and especially in very big waiting room where almost all problems are shared and I haven't seen many.. wondering where's all that bad feedback of them if it's not on DoA. I have seen much worse about Soom, for example and my own experiences as well.. >_<

I have seen people posting complaints about deffective dolls from Iple for months now!! Here and on Flickr. Like, mismatching resin, head caps with thin resin (almost transparent against the light), cracks and horrible seam lines etc. But for me what definately made me stop buying from them was the horrible customer service, the fact that they blocked ppl who complained from logging in their website, their very rude responses to questions we do on their QA and so many other reasons I dont even want to mention.
Frustrating cause as much as I love their dolls I feel kinda bad sometimes for still "promoting" their products throught my photos. You know, we do it all the time. I used to be a good customer, avid shopper of their products (dolls and clothes).
They make beautiful dolls no doubt, I love the aesthetics so much and everybody knows that! But this is not enough for me to buy from them again.
I really hope this bad impression changes one day. Judging by my love for my Iplehouse dolls, people may think I'm the greatest fan of the company :{ which is absolutely not truth.
I avoid saying these things in public cause I really hate raising this kind of discussion but I know its not just me.

Okay, I write some stories you don't need to read if you don't have time but I got inspired to write these again xD
Soom sent me a total recast looking Hyperon which had white scratches and light spots and defects, even his eye has a visible crack and I was totally in shock that his eye is starting to crack more if I even touch him. Other people got the same looking tan dolls from them at the same time and one girl sent her defected parts back to Soom, they made new parts which was totally different color and they refused to help anymore, the girl was forced to keep that horrible puzzle of several shades of their bronze skin while I sent my boy back and got 100% a new doll from them, that's so UNFAIR. Also, those "face is transparent that even handling them normally can broke their eyeholes and mouths" happened with white skin releases of Free Choice Yorks and Soom said to me that it's normal but gladly people got replacement faceplates from them anyway. Now I will check my Sooms very carefully and I send them a message where I ASK them to CHECK my doll before shipping, I'll trust them as long as they accept my request, they were very friendly and helped me but some other people got so poor customer service that it made me sad.
Then...Ringdoll Frankenstein I got was sprayed full of heavy grey paint which started to crack immediately after I got him out of the box, I had his paint -powder and pieces of spare paint everywhere and I tried to clean it away completely, the resin which appeared under that ugly stuff was completely differently colored, it was like brown when his weird "body paint" was dark gray.... I was unable to customize him and I sent a message to Ringdoll that I want my money back, you haven't mentioned anything about painted-to-be-gray and the doll is actually brown, like WTF???????.. Well, they responded me months later and said it's painted yes and we can't help you (like we don't care at all?). I put him for sale on DoA hoping someone can deal with that and one person bought him even if I showed them those scary pics.. well, NOT MY THING and that's why I decided I will never ever buy from RD dolls, I felt like scammed badly and their customer service was ridiculous and a total joke. They didn't even commented my pictures of horrible cracks....... also normal?
And the last, the best thing happened with D-Storic. I ordered dolls like manymany more people because they had an event of Bimong's discontinued sculpts. Yeaaah that was a historical fiasco, people waited their dolls like longer than half a year, they got sick because those dolls was made totally wrong way, they had twisted legs and arms, they caused skin/respiratory problems/infections and the resin felt like soft rubber.... We tried to contact them without responses, and also other places in Korea if anyone could help us but they still kept sent us that POISON, people begged them to stop, literally... then, finally they sent some good dolls and I haven't had health issues with mine, thank god. That was so scary.
I don't have Fairyland dolls but I've seen their tan event dolls and seems they have also some really weird snow flaking/bad sanding defects and people said it was problematic to get any replacements from them..
Haha, long story xD But yes I haven't started to scream these things almost anywhere but now!
I hope we can change our opinions about those companies yes T3T But I still feel secure when I got dolls from Iple, I hope it doesn't change >.< So sorry you/your friends have had such unpolite and disrespectful service from Iple, I totally understand you don't want their dolls as I have RD and D-Storic both in my forever-banned-list, I know how do you feel..

Aaaargh total NIGHTMARES!!! Wow, what pisses me off the most is the lack of respect with the customers who pay a lot for their products! No excuse for RD, Soom and D-Storic ! I totally understand you.
I never had myself a bad experience on getting poor quality / deffective dolls from companies, and I bought A LOT of BJDs these past 4 years... and I'm saying, I'm very picky when it comes to detail and quality. So I think I was lucky!
The thing with IH is that they are so greedy, and I really cant stand that behavior. Seriously, I dont even read ppls complaints on flickr and here anymore cause every bit makes me angry.
Besides all these things it was proved that they accepted my photos to try replicating face ups on SAME sculpt (Claude) by customers request without my permission... Of course they denied and were rude as usual even thought I was polite and nice and they knew the good customer I have been all these years. Their loss.

Oh wow! Which color? I hope they'd make more fantasy dolls too, now they have a pirate time with manly men xD but what I've heard, something like 7 big dolls are coming in Carved Heritage.. not sure about the correct amount but Iple talked something like that. Fingers crossed~

Oh I can only imagine how awful the damaged one was to see - I feel terrible for you when I only think about that > _ < And oh, that's quite weird of Iplehouse... Hopefully this kind of stuff won't happen again and they get rid of people who can't handle dolls carefully XD ! But lovely that she's home now and arrived in good condition ^_^ <3

I think they have so many orders right now because their Carved Heritage series are insanely popular.. all those dolls, clothes, accessories, resin props.. not to mention those "stories" they photograph with each character.. they're so passionate with their works 
Sherimi is very very busy with her two jobs (but yes, money.....a good thing at least) atm but maybe soon she can finish Nessi's blue gothic skirt and we can have a garden photoshoot with the whole family! She also started to make fake nails to her, they're so delicate and long

But yeah, Iplehouse must be in a huge rush at the time and I must admire how they still find time to do those "stories" you mentioned.... And of course everyone makes mistakes, it's not like the workers in those big companies are some kind of gods or magical creatures (though I'm not really sure about the sculpters...
Oohh, I can't wait to see her skirt and nails and more and more and more photos of her... * - * Damn this lady does sound interesting ! <3 Two jobs doesn't sound so nice when you think about the time you can use on dolls, but of course money is always a good thing especially when you have this kind of hobby XD But yeah, I wish Sherimi strenght (..loss of words - "jaksamista" was the word I was looking for..) with her jobs and as I said in her gallery, people like me (Nessi fangirls/stalkers XD) will wait patiently for the photos <3
And hahaha, yes we definitely took Bambi-chan (awww <3) in the forest for a photoshoot and that's kinda the easiest way to carry her even though it looks like I'm carrying a child XD She is so huge, not so much in height but with her massiveness, and her posing is also quite exciting..
