Description This is my first digital painting, but certainly not my last. I've been wanting to try it for a long time, but never have. I actually started this intending to pixel the whole thing, but then I realized that was crazy, and started in on it as a painting.

Just a hint - it's not her own blood that she's washing away ^.^

Gorgeous - very pretty colour scheme. As critique, I think the waterfall could use a little blurriness and it may have been a good idea to add patches of a darker beige at the hem of her dress where it's become wet.
Other than that, it's a really beautiful image.

Lovely! What got my attention in this picture was the harmony betwen the elements. Her body is so thin and fluid, looks very much like the water running behind her. The lighting and colors suggest something very quiet and mistic, a very intimate experience.

I like the fact that the upper part of the image where the waterfall begins is so light and it gets darker on the lower part. It seems as if the water drives her from a lighter to a darker place and her pose suggests the moment when she has to decide if to make another step or not.

Ok, i realise i got carried away, but i like the image a lot. Beautiful work.

Thank you! It took a long time to get the lighting and colors the way I wanted them. The waterfall took a long time too, so I'm glad you like that as well. I just checked out your gallery by the way - you do wonderful work ^.^

Oh dear god, woman. Not only do you have mad pixelling skills, your digital painting skills are equally FTW! TT___TT I seriously envy admire that background, it's absolutely extraordinary... And what I really can't fanthom is that this is your first digital painting, because it looks as though you've been doing this kinda thing for a long time! xD

Anyway, this is truly high-standard work, my dear... I will be looking forward to your future paintings! ^__^
