Description Mixed Media Sketch Card based on the novel/movie, "The Man Who Laughs". I really love the make-up job they did on that guy--It was so awesome. The movie is actually up on YouTube last time I checked--It's worth a look.

One of my favorite movies of all time. ^^ Conrad Veidt did such a good job in this role. Since he was in a permanent smile, he really had to act with his eyes and he did that so well! I was glued to them the entire time! My sister Saori-WG mentioned the Cabinet of Dr. Caligari, but you should also check out "The Hands of Orlac" on Youtube. ^^ That's also a great film.

Anyway, great job on the image! They both look amazing, and I love the background. ^^

Yeah, I saw it on youtube as well. I had read the original short story first online--It has a sad ending, so I was glad the movie was different. Heck, even the dog survived, I think

Yeah, I'm always hearing about "The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari", but I've just never gotten around to seeing it. Thanks for the tip...I had no idea it was Youtube.
