After Midna, this guy was a breeze!
Mello is from Death Note. I don't know anything about Death Note other than there is a book in it and somehow I think if your name ends up in this book you will die.
His pants are shiny~~~ ooooo~~!
And that's real foil around his chocolate bar, hehe.

Mello is a important characther in the second part of the Death Note manga, he is one of the child progedy of a special orphelia, him and Near are rivals for finding and capture Kira first(that is Light Yagami, the main characther/good guy/bad guy who got the death note)
the manga of Death Note is a really intensely good intellectual manga and suspence. you should check it out sakky, if you cant read them atm, try watching the anime or the live-action movies of Death Note(but not the third movie since its riducule and it's only L fanservice in a way)
