“Throwback”? Yes, absolutely. I have been taking photographs ever since 2007, but my deviantART account is very new [created 2023]. With that in mind, I wanted to give my old photography a new chance to shine. I am still immensely proud of it.

Originally I was trying to photograph the water. My Dad reached in front of my shot because he thought he saw a newt (I know...tell me you're British without telling me you're British, huh?). So naturally my photo was ruined and blurred but it gave me this idea and I asked him to carefully touch the water surface again. Regardless of what anyone may think of this image on a technical level, to me it will always be an absolute favourite.
