This is really cute! One tip though... In the description, you mentioned he was shrugging, right? I don't know if you were trying to go for the illusion that he was in the middle of a shrug or not, but if you were, his shoulders should probably be up closer to his head. It doesn't really seem like he's shrugging, just more like he's standing there with his arms out a bit.
That's the only critique is like to point out here. Otherwise, the drawing itself is really well done!
