it looks so awesome!!! your decision to use winter scenery is fantastic and the dragonΒ blends with so good with it. There are some great details that make the drawing so cool, like the translucent wings, which look like ice. Such a great idea considering how simple the starting reference was. I also like how the scales aren't overwhelming, normally when I see artists doing every single scale it turns out heavy to the eye and really not that great, this one instead makes it fantastic!

I'm ESPECIALLY loving how you drew those wings!! The subtle seethrough effect on the wings on the most stretched areas of the membrane, plus how the membrane bends upwards due to air pressure slightly more than the more solid wing fingers and the small white scratches from wear and tear is all SO GOOD and fantastic details that show a lot of skill!! The details support the overall motion of the character is also beautiful and really shows clearly what is happening and what will happen next. Combined with the colors, values and background I think this is an absolutely stunning piece overall that I think you should be proud of!!Β
