I decided such a piece needed a full blown Latin title.
Translates as "Fount(ain) of pity". There are some similar old lyrics to a choral piece-----

Thanks Fred. Im certain this is a result of my really really bad photography. Cindy came by the gallery and took a photo that looks much better than this one, and if she ever emails it to me, then I'll do a swap. Some people just have this mysterious talent where they point a camera and some kind of awesomeness happens. Whatever she did, it looked really cool on her camera and like garbage on mine.
