Every once in a while I get weird ideas and add them to my to do list, yesterday I decided I should stop being so lazy and do something...I'll be doing few more of these since they are so fun, and by doing so, check off the list the "paint super colorful cats".
Quick painting, less than an hour, hope you like it =]

The background was made by soft flat brush and I did the color blending right on the surface of the painting.

wow I really like this. Your cat is indead colorful but not overwhelmingly so. And the slight contrast between the more abundant warm colors in the cat pop nicely off of the cooler background. Also the fact that you managed to get that proud feline look in under an hour is cazy... I bow down to you
