Once an idealist who wanted nothing more than to be a hero, Queen Maeve had no idea what it meant to be one of the Seven, the world's "greatest" superhero team. After years of catering to her corporate overlords in the name of maintaining her celebrity status as a feminist icon, Maeve was left a bitter, cynical, alcoholic shell of her former self. With a small piece of her conscience still intact, Maeve is frequently horrified by the actions of Vought, the corporation that owns her brand, and her fellow supes. But Maeve's cowardice may break yet, and her once heroic self may yet return.

My take on Queen Maeve from Amazon's The Boys. One of my favorite characters in the series; I think she would have been a far better superhero lead than Starlight, whom I can't stand. Dominique McElligott is an excellent actress and I love what she does with the character. The build and pose is based on the art of Brett Booth.
