An oekaki'd Vaporeon under da sea. I might do a "full" [my own paint programs rather than oekaki] version of this, or at least one of something under water cause it was fun

nice vaporeon. I made one i will submit it later. This is amazin woderful job... I love the datails of the transparenci in the tail and neck. i like this drawing a lot. would you make a flareon?, it would be great, since the details you give to the water would be perfect for fire. the tail would come perfect . The tail is the only part I can't get right. I will see if i can by that program."PaintBBS" it look great. Is it the same as photoshop?
