Description If you didn't get your letter, parcel or package in the mail today, blame it on this girl.

A random character that I don't really have the interest or time to develop, though I thought up enough information to place her in an imaginary video game-type setting. Her strengths would be defense and agility (what a pain to fight against, huh!) , using the letters as sutra/incantation paper things to block attacks. For her attacks, she would use the chain letters or bills, which would be blunt with minimal damage.
