This year was my first Valentine's Day that I would be able to celebrate with someone special. Sadly, because of the economy and all that junk, Steve was working pretty much all day (10am-6pm), so I didn't really expect to do anything special. I was happy that we were at least going to get to see each other.To my surprise, Steve came home to me with roses, a gift card, a stuffed animal (who he said is named Steve Jr.) and chocolates. Let's just say it was a pleasant surprise.
These are the roses that Steve brought me. I applied an old-tone to them in Lightroom, and nothing more.
The roses were lit with feathered light from a softbox. If anyone is interested, I'll create and post some lighting diagrams to my Photoblog .
