Yes they where very pleased with this >w<

I used foam!
I use foam for all my ears. Makes them a bit bulkier, but they hold their shape really well!

hmm. the foam i use is like 1inch thick, so depending how thick yours is, that could be the problem? or what are you building it on? O:

oh well i don't see why that shouldn't work then! O:
cut a little notch out of the foam base, for where you want to put the ears. gives it a bt of foundation to work with! maybe that'll help?

i didnt get the ears 100% right, (need to be more rounded at the tops) but i did my best.
they're nice and bouncy when you wear the head too, so thats good!!
