So here's the guy who started it all. Xev, Elia, and Andy were all at this school for Special elf children... ones who could manipulate things with their mind... he and elia had crushes on eachother, liked to wreak havok together & get andy in trouble... but he was feeling manipulated by the school, so he joins this rogue political faction instead and gets manipulated by them... kinda goes nutty and emo, has issues. is a tool.
