Beep boop, felt like drawing some Pokemans and wanted to try and work with dots. So naturally I used lots of dots.I think it's cute!

I've been wanting to make art with a halftone effect like this for ages, but haven't been able to figure out the best way to go about it! Can you give me some pointers?

Well I don't exactly remember how I did it for this specific drawing but I think I made the pattern here myself (by making a dot and then duplicating it+arranging it in a polka dot pattern)
But now I have access to Photoshop and would probably use that instead. There are a lot of "how to make halftone effects with Photoshop" tutorials out there. And if you don't have Photoshop you'd have to create the pattern by hand
