Hooray for obscure anime fanart!This was a request from a friend of mine on Newgrounds. I don't normally do requests, but I felt that I owed him one for all of the great shout-outs and features he helped get me when I first signed up. I guess it could even count as a belated christmas present.

I like drawings like this that are based on anime characters & animation in general that have a little more realistic & natural vibe & feel to them. One can only look at saucer - sized eyes & mouths sans lips AND noses that are just basically a single diagonal line for so long.
Just being HONEST.

lol Yeah, it's a pretty cheesy show, it seems.
I was just kidding when I said I think I saw nipple, though. It was a joke about that cliche 'transformation' scene, where the character mysteriously gets naked, without actually showing any nudity, and changes clothes right before everyone's eyes.

Making her eyes more realistic gives it an
Amerimanga feel, I'm not a big fan of her current outfit like you have above, I prefer
the blue,black,and red outfit from the mid-90's or "Shin Cutey Honey" as its refered to.
But this is a really great painting of one of
my fav-favs! Great stuff here!
