It didn't take long for these two to manifest during the ages, and it was very sad how these two 2ps were born.

The man holding the camera is Jack Kirkland, Ireland's 2P. He's Mad as a hatter, having lost his sanity from Intense Starvation and mental abuse that he'd been put through thanks to Oliver. He often likes to hurt himself, and when he gets to it....Ireland's physical form, as he claims Sean is weak and can't handle the pain. He's very unkempt and doesn't really take care of himself....food is his only ticket to sanity. He often manifests when Ireland is at his lowest point emotionally, mentally, and physically...he has no power to do so if Ireland is able to clear his mind of Jack's voice.
And yes, Jack enjoys using electronic devices....so phptos are a fun way for him to "Play" with the 1p nations.

The other man is Connor Kirkland, Wales's 2P. He's very shy and doesn't like to present himself, as he's obsessed with the science of Dragons. The only thing he seeks, is answers to the unknown.....which means he doesn't like what he has to do to such grand creatures. His actions contradict his own morality, but he can't control it......just to get one answer, he has to force himself through autopsies of magical creatures....and it tears him apart. The guilt has eaten away at him to the point he does have mental breakdowns, what Doctor wouldn't? He can't see well so he wears a monocle, it's what allows him to withstand the horrors he puts himself through. Connor only manifests when Wales feels an incredible guilt and sadness when going back to his 1800s job....which was being an actual Hospital Surgeon. Connor otherwise doesn't enjoy taking control of Wales, as he feels it would be a horrible temptation to hurt Sparks the dragon....and he doesn't want to hurt such a young and tiny dragon.

Yes, Jack is inspired by AntiSepticeye, don't judge me. So if anyone wants to guess how he sounds and asks, just look at old Anti (It's literally the reason for his neck to be slit)

Connor is inspired by the horrific tales of 1800s Welsh doctors who did not take very good care of their patients in the pursuit of Progress in science. So that's why he has a massive internal conflict between his morals...and scientific discovery.
