I want to say she's "raining sunshine". She's got a very bright bosom, and the most watery scales. I like that her tail reflects her sunny glow even in the rain. She looks wishful.

Thanks ^^ At first I painted her tail in more or less the same way as her arms, but other color, (you can see it near her left hand) then I added some simple dots (almost no transparency) in similar colors. For whole work I used tinting tool>basic round, just with different opacity (and little of airbrush on the orange light areas)

GORGEOUS! Colors and lighting are breathtaking. Mermaids have always been a favorite mythical creature of mine. She is beautiful and I love how clawlike her nails are. The eyes glow! Can't say enough about this one.
