This deviation was mean't originaly to be about a conversation i had with a friend yesterday about some situations we all go through but i definitely wasn't much inspired last night. So from the usual frustration that comes with not being able to complete something this poem came out and it seemed to fit alright with my mood.As for the "listeners" i'm refering to in the poem, i mean some people i have and/or had around me in real life, not the people that check out my works here.
Oh well, sorry for this boring description.

One more tear on this pale face
Deep red near the eyes
The burdens of an existence
Locked within this tired mind
If you breakdown where no one cares,
Will some words save your day?
If the listeners are deaf,
Isn't it so futile to carry on
Nothing's going to change
Not here not today
For you...
One more stone reaches target
One more gush dripping blood
New pain to forget the old
The incessant "point the finger"
If you breakdown and no one cares
Will a poem ever save your life?
When the listeners are the killers
Ain't it all just too futile.

One more tear, one more stone
Shoot me again, remind me the pain
This place i found a trap in
Uninspired, bleeding and tired
Search solutions where there are none
Reach a hand where there is no one
Look at the sky, hit the floor
Desperation in a life of whys.
Please someone have mercy on us...
Whoever that is please reach a hand
All this has reached it's toll
But in the end...
Nothing's going to change for you
No one will come
Nothing's going to change
Only stones will come

Glad you take the time to read the words, pretty much those are that i care about mostly. The pictures are there mostly to attract attention since i hate the way DA posts poems and writings with no pictures

i can't say why, but for whatever reason the coffee cup stain is just so fascinating. my eyes keep returning to it. the concept of this piece is a scary facet of a thing i don't like to look at, but can't help.

You hit me hard with this one. The first stanza,
One more tear on this pale face

especially got to me. Youve probably seen from my works that i feel that way here and there, and today's definately one of those days lol
oh and i LOVE how that picture turned out. But this time around its more the words, for me. Fits my mood better I guess

Oh my god, do I feel your pain right now s-yl.. This says it all. I remember when I was younger, just 18 when I left home.. wow 10 years ago, and this is exactly how I felt.. I was in such a deep depression. I wanted to end it.. and my life, but I never had the courage to do that anyway, but.. I know what you mean.. nobody seemed to feel any sympathy for me, or understood me, or anything like that.

You really just nailed it, because everytime someone kind of hints how i feel the answer is "try to talk to someone about it". Sometimes i did and not only it didn't help because in the end the problems where still there, but in most cases i ended up being betrayed so it really isn't worth it. So poems, songs and now these works became some sort of outlet, even if in the end they never really worked since like i'm saying here, most don't get it. In the end for one person that realizes what i'm trying to say there are other 10 (best case scenario) that just take a glance on the surface of it that in the end is nothing. Thank you for always taking the time to read my works and always leaving comments that make me feel a bit better for doing this, you are the best
