I am so damn proud of myself right now.Every new digital picture I do I tell myself that it is the best digital picture I have done yet. I spent hours upon hours on this - and oh my gosh it shows. I am able to see my own learning in each new picture I upload. I have to say that I am learning some things from watching *ZafiroLys 's livestreams lately.
She is who inspires me to draw. For this character is her design - and I dedicate this to her. This is her late birthday present!! I am going to make more for her as well - and now that I am on vacation I shall be uploading TONS!!I keep telling myself I shall start over Okami and then not doing it.
I have a lot I am going to do with friends this week - but I shall work hard on drawings AND work on playing Okami over again. Speaking of which - I still have to finish Okamiden.
Gijinka Kyubi belongs to *ZafiroLys !! And the pictures used in the backgrounds - the moon and the bamboo texture are pictures FROM the official Okami art. The pagoda(?) or whatever is from a BEAUTIFUL wallpaper I happened to have on my computer. All credit of this wonderful inspiring background goes to whomever made it.

I am glad that you like it. I never know if you will like the Okami drawings anymore because you are so into Transformers. I have... Transformers is an odd fandom for me. *O* I like it a lot as you know - and I like a lot of characters. But some stuff had happened to make me feel slightly bad about the fandom -- I can explain to you sometime over AIM? I still like it a lot - but - things are different. D:
Yes - the bamboo pattern is from the popular wallpaper with Ammy on the log looking toward you? And the moon is from the picture where Ammy is sitting next to Kushi and Issun on a porch.
Yes - I just kind of threw it together and it had this FEELING to it! And I like it a lot.
Everyone is saying about my shading - but I am working on the pic of Kuro now and I need to add more lights because all I was adding was darks. But I am progressing with each picture. :3
