She's finally done~!
My new favorite drawing!
Her name is Gwen, and she's part of an upcoming unnamed webcomic.
Done in Paint Tool SAI.

And I guess you mean the coloring?
I started with the second-lightest color as a base ( fav.me/d6451zl). After I had that laid down, I took the next darkest colorΒ and applied it as basic shading using the airbrush (fairly big size, pressingΒ down lightly). Then, I took the darkest color andΒ added a little more shading where I thought it would be darker. I also used it to add the illusion of strands (or tried to x'D). Once more, I used the airbrush. Finally, I added some highlights using the lighest color (still airbrush).
