Makes me think of a cross between Amon from Legend of Korra, Jack of Blades from the original Fable, and one of the Assassins from Assassin's creed, if they leveled up some heavy armor.

He is very reminescent of Jack of Blades from Fable. An Xbox video game.
I know that in fable mythology the origins stories speak of the "Court of Blades" which included "jack of Blades" "queen of blades" (unrelated to starcraft) and the "Knight of blades".
I'd say this is the Knight of Blades. The sword even looks a lot like the Sword of Aeons.
