The Time Has Arrived...
This contest had many magnificent entries, and judging was not an easy task at all.
I know there will be some members who may disagree with the winning entries, it
happens. So, I am going to explain WHY I chose each entry. Hopefully, this will set some
minds at ease. REMEMBER: This contest was not to be judged based on skill level. I already
expressed that in the contest rules. My choices were based solely on those members who
paid attention to all of those Tutorial Tuesdays events, read the contest rules, and put
everything together as it should have been done. Popularity has no vote here, it's all about
growth, determination, and passion to create. I created a points system to judge.

Such a good on the light
The only thing that bothers me a bit is the blood on her finger.
Especially the red colour distracts from the image as a whole.
