So yeah.....I've been a bit busy lately and have only managed to spend another 10 hours or so on this since the last update.
Hopefully next week I'll be able to crack on with it.
Still lots to add to that forehead texture.

Oh man!! This is beyond ridiculously good. I'm so glad you're posting these WIPs, it's great to see how you work. All the detail in this is basically awe inspiring, I don't know where you get the patience to work like this (and with pencil to boot!). I'm really looking froward to more WIPs and (obviously) the finished product as well. Keep at it, this is going to be a very special piece.

I still find it interesting how you work. Doing one square at a time. Don't you have a temptation to colour the next blank one? Especially when it is the same tone.

Now that's what i call intense drawing ! Look at the detail you're capturing in the forehead skin alone ! I'm quietly watching it's progress and really looking forward to seeing the finished piece. Great movies too !
