A Northbound freight train (the freight came by ship steam ship from Seattle, Washington) White Pass and Yukon Route train going from Skagway Alaska to Whitehorse Yukon during WW 2 when the U.S. Army took over the route.This is a brakeman's perspective of what they see everyday in Alaska.
